$100 or $250 security deposit (cash or check only) required at check-in. Deposit will be returned upon a clean walk-through by resort staff.

Rates are based on two adults and three dependent children.

Linens and cookware/dishes are NOT provided. Please bring your own, along with any other essentials you may need.

There are no TVs in any of our rental units, as we like to encourage participation in our many outdoor activities!

NO pets allowed in rental units - full deposit will be forfeited and additional fines incurred if pets are allowed in unit.

Cancellation Policy (excluding holiday weekends):

- Cancellations more than 14 days in advance are subject to a full refund, less a $15 administrative fee.
- Cancellations less than 14 days in advance will be refunded less one night rental fee.
- No shows are entitled to no refund.
- Only managers are able to accept cancellations.
